Title: Impact of Drilling on Air Quality
Vote to pass a bill that requires any air quality impact resulting from outer continental shelf oil drilling or exploration activities to be measured or modeled solely with respect to the impacts in the corresponding onshore area.
- Prohibits final agency action either approving or denying a permit for platform or drill ship exploration for an outer continental shelf source from being taken more than 6 months after the date a completed application was filed (Sec. 4).
