Title: Online Charter School Enrollment

Vote to pass a bill that revises procedures and regulations relating to virtual public charter school enrollment.
Highlights:
- Requires virtual public charter schools to have at least 95 percent of instructional hours taught by licensed teachers (Sec. 1).
- Authorizes students to enroll in virtual charter schools without approval of the school district where the student resides in prior to enrollment, unless more than 3 percent of the students who reside in the district are enrolled in virtual charter schools (Sec. 2).
