Vote to pass a bill that increases total funding for all University of Connecticut Health Center construction and renovation projects for fiscal years 2005-2018.

Highlights:
-Increases total funding for all University of Connecticut Health Center construction and renovation projects from $512 million to $775 million for fiscal years 2005-2018 (Sec. 4). -Requires the University of Connecticut Health Center to provide for the construction of a new ambulatory care center using debt or equity financing obtained from one or more private developers who contract with the university (Sec. 4). -Increases the maximum amount of the debt that the state may hold from $1.46 billion to $1.72 billion for fiscal years ending June 30, 2006 to June 30, 2018, inclusive (Sec. 3). -Reduces the aggregate principal amounts of state bonds that the State Bond Commission is authorized to issue from $30 million to $22 million (Sec. 6).
