Vote to concur in House amendments and pass a bill that establishes new congressional districts based on the results of the 2010 U.S. Census.
- Specifies that this act shall take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two thirds of all the members elected to each house or if the act does not receive the vote for immediate implementation it shall take effect 91 days after the end of the current legislative session (Sec 5).
