Vote to pass a bill that removes some of the restrictions on tobacco smoking in certain areas.
Highlights:
-Extends provisions allowing smoking tobacco to age-restricted stand-alone bars, taverns, and saloons and completely enclosed areas within stand-alone bars, taverns, and saloons in which patrons under 21 years of age are prohibited from entering (Sec. 1).
