Vote to pass a bill that limits in-person absentee balloting, and provides for a period of advance voting.
- Establishes that the advance-voting period shall begin on the fourth of Monday prior to each election and conclude on the Friday immediately prior to each primary, election, or runoff (Sec. 3).
- Specifies that all voting shall be conducted during "normal business hours" on weekdays and on the second Saturday prior to a primary or election (Sec. 3).
