Vote to override a veto of a bill that increases the fee for both temporary and annual motor vehicle entry permits to the Nebraska state park system, beginning January 1, 2012.
Highlights:
-Increases the park entry permit fees for motor vehicles as follows (Sec 1):
- -From not more than $20 to not more than $25 for an annual permit for a resident motor vehicle;
-From not more than $25 to not more than $30 for an annual permit for a nonresident motor vehicle;
-From not more than $4 to not more than $5 for a temporary permit for a resident motor vehicle; and
-From not more than $5 to not more than $6 for a temporary permit for a nonresident motor vehicle.
Note:
NOTE: A THREE- FIFTHS MAJORITY OF THE ELECTED MEMBERS IS REQUIRED TO OVERRIDE A GOVERNOR'S VETO.
