Title: Healthcare Disclosure Act
Vote to pass a bill that requires individuals applying for publicly funded healthcare benefits to identify their employer, or the employer of the person they are dependant upon. Requires that the State Department annually submit a report to the General Assembly and Department of Labor identifying companies with 50 or more employees who are public health beneficiaries, and the total cost to the state for providing health care to these recipients. Directs companies with 500 or more employees receiving publicly funded healthcare to submit a report to the Department of Labor detailing information on the health care the company provides to its employees.
