Title: Standards for Infant Formula Containers

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the manufacturing, distributing, selling or offering for sale a child's beverage container or reusable bottle lined with the chemical bisphenol A, any carcinogenic substance, or a reproductive toxicant.
Highlights:
- Requires that any person who manufactures any child's beverage container or reusable bottle that is made or lined with bisphenol A for distribution, sale, or offer for sale shall recall each container or bottle and reimburse the retailer or consumer (Sec. 4).
- Establishes this act to take effect immediately (Sec. 12).
