Title: Undocumented Immigrant Restrictions

Vote to pass a bill that revises laws and provisions concerning illegal immigrants currently living in the state of Alabama.
Highlights:
- Specifies that an officer can detain and arrest an individual who does not carry a valid driver's license, as specified under this provision, as followed (Sec. 20):
- The person detained shall have her citizenship status verified and shall be held pursuant of the act if his/her status cannot be confirmed as legal.
