Title: In-State Tuition for Undocumented Immigrants
Vote to pass a bill that allows students who are undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition.
- Specifies that a student who meets all of the following requirements shall be eligible for classification as an in-state student for tuition purposes (Sec. 1):
- The student attended a public or private school in Colorado for three or more years; and
- The student is admitted to an accredited institution of higher education in Colorado within twelve months after graduating.
