Title: Authorizing Out-of-State Insurance Policies in Arizona

Vote to pass a bill that allows health insurance policies to be purchased from outside the state of Arizona.
Authorizes out-of-state insurers that hold a valid certificate of authority in another state to issue policies, contracts, and plans within the state of Arizona (Sec. 3).
Authorizes Arizona residents to purchase insurance policies issued by out-of-state insurers (Sec. 3).
Exempts out-of-state insurers from adhering to the health coverage mandates of Arizona law, provided that they comply with any mandates existing in the state in which they hold a certificate of authority (Sec. 3).
