Vote to pass a bill that appropriates $397 million for Idaho state colleges and universities for fiscal year 2011-2012.

Highlights:
  • Appropriates funds as follows to Idaho state colleges and universities for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012 (Sec. 1):
    • $129.45 million for Boise State University;
    • $105.42 million for Idaho State University;
    • $135.69 million for the University of Idaho; and
    • $23.63 million for Lewis-Clark State College.
  • Exempts the State Board of Education for colleges and universities from statues permitting unlimited transfers, and specifies that legislative appropriations shall not be transferred from one fund to another unless expressly approved by the legislature (Sec. 4).
