Vote to pass a bill that repeals New Hampshire's Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), a cap and trade program, on January 1, 2012.

Highlight: -Requires that all moneys in the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Fund as of July 1, 2011, and all subsequent moneys deposited in the fund, be allocated to electric distribution companies for funding CORE energy efficiency programs (Sec. 6). -Establishes effective date of January 1, 2012 (Sec. 7).
