Title: Alcoholic Beverage Permits
Vote to pass a bill that amends the state's alcoholic beverage permits.
-Specifies that for a location at which gasoline is not sold, a sum of between $750 and $7,500 will be charged, on a sliding scale, for a liquor control license (Sec. 8).
-Specifies that for a location at which gasoline is sold, the sum shall depend on the following (Sec. 8):
-For a location located within the corporate limits of a city with a population of less than 1,500 people, a sum of $3,500;
-For a location located within the corporate limits of a city with a population at least 1,500 but less than 10,000, a sum of $5,000; and
-For a location located within the corporate limits of a city with a population of more than 10,000 people, a sum that is the greater of $5,000 or the amount that would be levied if the location did not sell gasoline.
-Specifies that for a location that is outside the corporate limits of any city, a sum equal to that charged in the nearest incorporated city shall be charged for a liquor control license (Sec. 8).
