Vote to pass a bill that authorizes a woman to file a civil action against a person who performs her abortion in violation of abortion standards.

Highlights:

• Prohibits any woman who solicits or conspires to solicit an abortion and who makes a false representation of her age or name from stating a claim against any party who performs an unlawful abortion (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that in actions for recovery of the full value of the life of the unborn child, the fact that such child was conceived out of wedlock shall be no bar to recovery (Sec. 1).
