Vote to pass a bill that prohibits smoking in a vehicle with children under 16.
Highlights:
-Specifies that violators of this bill are subject to a $45 fine, but may have it waived if the following occur (Sec. 1):
- -If the person has not been convicted of the violation in the past; or
-If the person proves to the court that they have begun a smoking cessation program.
