Title: Restricting Health Insurance Coverage of Abortion
Vote to pass a bill that limits the coverage of abortion under various health insurance plans.
- -When the abortion is necessary to prevent the death or damage of a major bodily function of the woman;
-When a physician has documented a defect in the fetus that is uniformly diagnosable and lethal; or
-When the woman is pregnant as a result of rape or incest.
