Title: Nullification of Federal Law

Vote to pass a bill that establishes a joint legislative committee on nullification of federal laws.
Specifies that the committee is to consist of the President of the Senate or a designee and the Speaker of the House or a designee serving as co-chairmen, each appointing six members of that chamber to serve two year terms on the committee (Sec. 1).
Requires a simple majority vote in the committee to recommend nullification of any federal law or regulation, including existing statutes, mandates, and executive orders, which the committee finds to be unconstitutional (Sec. 1).
Requires a simple majority vote in the full legislature upon receiving the committee's recommendation to enact nullification (Sec. 1).
Requires the legislature to adopt all necessary measures to prevent the enforcement of any federal law or regulation once it has been nullified (Sec. 1).
