Vote to override a veto of a bill that authorizes small, women or minority owned businesses located in designated regional centers to qualify for loans from the Economic Development Authority as if located in designated urban center.
NOTE: A TWO-THIRDS MAJORITY OF MEMBERS ELECTED IS REQUIRED TO OVERRIDE A GOVERNOR'S VETO.
