Title: Funding for Lawsuit Against Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
Vote to pass a bill that establishes a "national health care reform litigation account" appropriating money from the general fund to be used on any related litigation concerning federal health care laws.
-Establishes a "National Health Care Reform Litigation account" that will be administered by the Attorney General (Sec. 1).
-Establishes the first priority of the Governor and the Attorney General is litigation concerning the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care Education and Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Sec. 1).
-Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund to the "national health care reform litigation account" from the effective date of this act and ending June 30, 2012 (Sec. 2).
