Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that authorizes the Governor of Ohio to form a nonprofit corporation that would carry out economic development functions.

• Requires that disclosure statements filed by individuals with the Ohio ethics commission shall be kept confidential (Sec. 1). 

• Prohibits state elected officers or staff member from receiving any direct or indirect compensation other than from the agency with which the person serves (Sec.1).
