Title: New Gaming Unit in the Office of Attorney General

Vote to pass a bill that transfers certain powers and duties from the Penn Gaming Control Board to the Office of Attorney General.
Highlights:
- Establishes that the Attorney General shall select a director of the Gaming Unit and a director of the Office of Enforcement Counsel to transfer to the Gaming Unit (Sec. 2).
- Establishes that all personnel shall continue in their employment with the unit with the same pay scales, salaries, wages, seniority benefits, pension rights and other incidents of employment (Sec. 1).
- Establishes that this act shall take effect in 60 days (Sec. 5).
