  • Specifies that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is invalid in the state of Wyoming (Sec. 1).
  • Authorizes the Attorney General to defend a citizen of Wyoming who is prosecuted by the United States government for violation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Sec. 1).
  • Specifies that any person suffering a financial loss because another person violates this act is entitled to recover all of the following (Sec. 1):
    • $5,000 or twice the amount of the financial loss, whichever is greater; and
    • All costs and reasonable attorney fees.
