Title: Mandatory Testing for Suspected DUI Offenders
Vote to pass a bill that waives a driver's right to refuse to take a test that determines the alcohol concentration in his or her body when under suspicion of driving under the influence, effective July 1, 2011.
-Requires a driver under suspicion of DUI to take a chemical, blood, breath or urine test so that a peace officer can determine his or her blood alcohol concentration, whereas existing law specifies that a peace officer may request that a driver under suspicion of DUI take such a test (Sec. 1).
-Prohibits the results of the test from being used for any purpose other than for determining the chemical concentration of alcohol in the individual's blood (Sec. 1).
-Effective July 1, 2011 (Sec. 3).

-Amends the Wyoming State Statute to require a person suspected of DUI to take a chemical test or tests of blood, breath or urine for the purpose of determining the alcohol concentration when asked by a peace officer, whereas existing law only authorizes a peace officer to request that a person suspected of DUI take a test for the purpose of determining his or her blood alcohol concentration (Sec. 1).
-Prohibits any driver of a commercial motor vehicle from driving for a period of 24 hours if alcohol is present in his or her system (Sec. 1).
-This act is effective July 1, 2011 (Sec. 3).
