  • Amends the Wyoming State Statute to require a person suspected of DUI to take a chemical test or tests of blood, breath or urine for the purpose of determining the alcohol concentration when asked by a peace officer, whereas existing law only authorizes a peace officer to request that a person suspected of DUI take a test for the purpose of determining his or her blood alcohol concentration (Sec. 1). 
  • Prohibits any driver of a commercial motor vehicle from driving for a period of 24 hours if alcohol is present in his or her system (Sec. 1). 
  • This act is effective July 1, 2011 (Sec. 3).
