Vote to pass a bill that voids all marriages except those that are between a male and a female.

Highlights:

• Specifies that all marriage contracts that are valid in the United States are valid in the state of Wyoming as long as the contract is between a male and a female (Sec. 1).
• Authorizes parties to an out-of-state domestic or other legal civil union to have access to Wyoming courts for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise out of their domestic civil union (Sec. 1).
• Specifies that marriages are void without a legal divorce when those married are not 1 male and 1 female (Sec. 1).
