Title: 2011-2012 Supplemental Budget

Highlights:

  • Reduces the appropriations to the state health care authority from $407.48 million to $373.21 million and specifies the following (Sec. 213):
    • After February 28, 2011, the authority shall restrict enrollment in the basic health plan to persons who qualify for services under the Medicaid demonstration project number; and
    • After April 30, 2011, the authority shall discontinue the basic health plan.
  • Reduces appropriations of the superintendent of public instruction from $4.94 billion in 2010 to $4.87 billion for 2011 (Sec. 502).
