Vote to pass a bill that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that requires a two-thirds majority vote in both chambers to change state tax rates.
Requires a two-thirds majority vote in both the Senate and House chambers to pass any bill that "increases, extends, imposes, or revives any tax, fee, assessment, surcharge or any other such levy" (Sec. 1).
