  • Requires that the collection of any information necessary to determine the immigration status of workers seeking workers' compensation benefits be required of all applicants (Sec. 1).
  • Authorizes the distribution of workers' compensation benefits in cases where there is insufficient evidence to determine an individual's immigration status (Sec. 1).
