Highlights:
-Requires the card game license to be awarded on a competitive basis by the Maryland Video Lottery Facility Location Committee (Sec. 1). -Requires the facility awarded the card game license to be located within 1 mile of the intersection of Interstate 95 and MD Route 144 (Sec. 1). -Requires this bill to be subject to a referendum by Maryland voters on the November 2010 ballot (Sec. 3).
