Vote to adopt a conference resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that prohibits the consideration of International and Sharia Law in making judicial decisions.

Highlights:
-Authorizes Oklahoma courts to "uphold and adhere to the law as provided" in, but not limited to (Sec. 3):
    -The United States Constitution; -The Oklahoma Constitution; -The United States Code; and -If necessary, the law of another State of the United States, provided that the other state does not consider Sharia Law in making judicial decisions.
-Prohibits Oklahoma courts from considering the laws of other nations and cultures, including, but not limited to, International and Sharia Law (Sec. 3).
