Vote Smart's Synopsis:

Vote to pass a bill that requires all examinations for a driver license, intermediate driver license, temporary driver license, or temporary intermediate driver license be administered in English only, beginning July 1, 2010.

Highlights:
-Exempts those individuals whose presence in the United States has been approved by the United States Department of Homeland Security for a specific purpose and for a specific period of time (Sec. 1).
