Vote to pass a bill that requires spouses to live separately for 365 days before they can obtain a divorce if they have minor children together, provides that if the court finds signs of sexual or physical abuse by the other spouse or if a protective order or an injunction has been issued against the other spouse a divorce may be granted after living separately for only 180 days.
