Title: Disapproving Rule for "Grandfathered Health Plans"
Vote on a motion to proceed on a resolution that disapproves the rule (75 Fed. Reg. 34538) submitted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Health and Human Services relating to status as a "grandfathered health plan" under the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" (Public Law 111-148), and declares the rule to have no effect.
