Title: Controlled Substances Relating to Pregnant Women & Children Bill
Vote to pass a bill that makes it a felony for an individual to inject a controlled substance into a pregnant woman, for a pregnant woman to knowingly take a controlled substance, and for an individual to allow or cause a child under the age of eighteen, including fetuses and embryos, to ingest a controlled substance. If a pregnant woman is convicted of taking a controlled substance, she may be sentenced to a drug treatment program or jail.
