Title: Business Tax Incentive Amendments
Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that requires businesses receiving tax incentives in California to pay back part or all of the tax incentives in addition to any applicable interest if the business decreases the number of full-time equivalent employees in the state, beginning with the 2011 taxable year and including all taxable years thereafter.
NOTE: A MAJORITY OF THE TOTAL MEMBERS IN THE LEGISLATIVE BODY IS REQUIRED TO PASS A BILL: 41 MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY AND 21 MEMBERS OF THE SENATE.
