Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that establishes a searchable online database that includes the names of publicly traded companies and the amount of tax credits such companies claim in California.

Highlights:
-Requires the Franchise Tax Board to compile information on tax credits claimed by publicly traded companies annually beginning on or after January 1, 2010 (Sec. 1). -Requires the Franchise Tax Board to submit such tax credit information to the State Chief Information Officer beginning on June 30, 2013 and annually by June 30 thereafter (Sec. 1). -Requires the State Chief Information Officer to develop a database on the Reporting Transparency in Government website that shall be searchable by company name and amount of tax credits claimed (Sec. 1).
