Vote to pass a bill that ratifies an interstate compact that awards all of Californias electoral votes to the presidential nominee who nationally received the most popular votes. The bill specifies that the compact will not go into effect until the states that have also ratified the compact collectively possess a majority of electoral votes (currently 270).
