Title: Requiring Doctors to Inform Women of Fetal Pain
Vote to pass a bill that requires a doctor to inform any woman who is at least twenty weeks pregnant and seeks an abortion that the unborn child/fetus will experience pain during the procedure. If the woman has received pain reducing drugs she is required to sign a written statement acknowledging that she has received this information from her doctor. Any physician that violates these provisions commits an act of unprofessional conduct and is subject to license suspension.
