Vote to pass a bill that allocates 5 percent of the bonding capacity from severance tax bonds to tribal infrastructure projects.

-Requires 10 percent of bonding capacity of the severance tax bond to be used for water projects (Sec. 1). -Specifies that any unexpended proceeds from severance tax bonds issued for water projects or tribal infrastructure projects will revert to the severance tax bonding fund within 6 months of completion of the project (Sec. 1). -Specifies that this act will become effective on July 1, 2011 (Sec. 3).
