Vote to adopt a conference report that increases penalties for feeding sharks in state marine waters beginning July 1, 2010.

Highlights:
-Increases the fine for feeding sharks in state marine waters from $500 to at least $5,000 but no more than $15,000 (Sec. 1). -Requries the state to impound and dispose of marine vessels used for shark feeding (Sec. 1). -Requires the owner of the impounded vessel to pay for the cost of impounding and disposing of the vessel (Sec. 2). -Specifies that each day of violation will be counted as a separate offense (Sec. 1).
