Title: Sentencing; Third Felony Offenses
Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that enacts the "Three Strikes Law" which requires life imprisonment for a person who has committed a third or subsequent violent or aggravated felony and specifies that they are not eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon or release except for commutation. The bill also changes the definition of aggravated or violent felony.
