Vote to pass a bill that prohibits labor requirements from being imposed on public works projects funded more than fifty percent by the state, prohibits discrimination against individuals or parties who refuse labor organizations, requires a public hearing when the state wishes to enter into a “union-only labor agreement,” and sets fines for employers who label employees as independent contractors in order to avoid taxation.
