Vote to pass a bill that bans smoking at all indoor enclosed areas in the state, with the exception of private residences, automobiles, hotel rooms (if 75 percent of the hotel's rooms are designated non-smoking), cigar-tobacco bars, casinos, businesses with less than 3 employees that arent open to the public and the enclosed smoking area of Denver International Airport. The amended version of the bill also exempts racetracks, private clubs, and bars that receive less than 25 percent of their profits from food.
