Title: Requiring Inclusion of Maternity Services in Health Coverage

Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that requires group and individual health insurance policies issued, amended, or renewed on or after July 1, 2011 and before January 1, 2014 to provide coverage for maternity services.

Highlights:

    • Ambulatory care maternity services;
