Vote to pass a bill that bans the teaching of Ethnic Studies classes in Arizona public schools.

Highlights:
-Prohibits public schools from teaching classes that (Sec. 1):
    -Promote the overthrow of the United States government; -Promote resentment towards a race or class of people; -Are designed primarily for students of a certain race or ethnicity; or -Advocate ethnic solidarity rather than treating people as individuals.
-Requires the State Board of Education or Superintendent of Public Instruction to notify a school that is in violation of this policy (Sec. 1). -Authorizes the State Board of Education or Superintendent to direct the Department of Education to withhold ten percent of a school's monthly state funding if it fails to comply with this measure within sixty days of being notified (Sec. 1). -Prohibits rules pertaining to the discipline, suspension and expulsion of pupils to be based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry (Sec. 2).
