Vote to pass a bill that requires individuals to complete a motorcycle training course conducted by the Department of Transportation before receiving a motorcycle endorsement beginning January 1, 2011, whereas existing law only required individuals under 18 years of age to complete such a course.

-Repeals the authority of the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to exempt individuals from a motorcycle training course requirement if they are 18 years of age or older and already completed a motorcycle training course or a similar examination or course (Sec. 1).
