Vote to pass a bill that restricts human and animal embryonic stem-cell research.

Highlights:
-Establishes that in vitro must occur between only a human egg and human sperm (Sec 1). -Prohibits the creation, transportation and possession of human-animal hybrids (Sec. 1). -Prohibits selling or offering to sell, purchasing or offering to purchase and advertising for in vitro human embryos (Sec. 1). -Establishes that anyone who violates these laws is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor (Sec. 1). -Specifies that it is still legal both to do research on an animal that possesses human genes and to transplant human organs, cells, or tissue to a non-embryonic animal (Sec. 1). -Prohibits any research that would cause harm to a human embryo and establishes that anyone who violates this law is guilty of a class 6 felony (Sec. 1).
