Title: Same-Sex Partnership Benefits Act
Vote to pass a bill that will put to referendum an initiative that authorizes the issuance of licenses for domestic partnerships to members of the same sex, provided that neither have a current spouse or domestic partner. The bill provides that domestic partners will receive the same rights and responsibilities that the state grants to spouses, as specified.
